  • Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within 10-15 business days.

4. Refund Discretion

Refunds are provided at the discretion of Built By Web and will only be issued if it is determined that we have not fulfilled the terms of our agreement, as outlined in our contract.

5. Modifications and Cancellations

  • If you request a modification or cancellation of a service during the refund period, we will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
  • However, refunds may not be applicable if the project has already been completed, delivered, or significantly progressed at the time of the request.
